Leadership creates impact when direction, decisions and people’s actions come together.
I am the Founder and CEO of Rokmind, a leadership advisor and executive coach. I work with leaders, leadership teams and organisations when strategy needs to become visible action, stronger leadership and sustainable performance.
WHAT I DO
Strategy is not executed by organisations. People execute it.
My work focuses on the interface between strategy and real action: how leaders make choices, how shared direction is created and how an organisation can act consistently even through change and pressure.
I combine business experience, leadership development, research-informed thinking and an understanding of performance gained in elite sport. The goal is not a single good moment, but leadership capability that is visible in decisions, behaviour and results.

I founded Rokmind in 2017 to build a bridge between strategy, leadership and everyday action. Rokmind works with owners, boards, leaders and organisations when the aim is measurable change in leadership quality and strategy execution.

Dream Spark – every young person has the right to dream
I founded Dream Spark in 2021 so that more children and young people could try new activities, discover their strengths and experience success regardless of their family’s financial situation. Our free camps, organised by volunteers, combine physical activity, doing things together and mental coaching. What matters most to me is that every young person feels seen and gains the courage to believe in themselves and their possibilities. Six camps have been completed and the seventh is being planned. Turning dreams into reality.

My thinking has been shaped in three worlds.
Business & leadership
Entrepreneurship, building and selling a business, and working with leaders, leadership teams and boards have taught me what strategy execution requires in practice.
Elite sport
As a mental coach, I have worked with Tappara, Porin Ässät, Ilves and Finland’s U20 national team. Ässät’s Finnish championship in 2013 and Finland U20 World Championship gold medals in 2014 and 2016 are part of that journey.

I am currently deepening my expertise through MSc studies in Organisational and Business Psychology at the University of Liverpool. Research helps me challenge assumptions from practice and understand why people, groups and organisations behave as they do.
